The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

This position will report to the Transaction Banking Director-Complex Deal Manager with responsibility to ensure effective implementation of new, complex treasury management business (heavily weighted with new government banking and oil & gas industry verticals); Position works in partnership with the various Implementation teams and third party vendors for flawless, timely execution.
Responsibilities include:
Collect required client information and document requirements for the implementation team
Develop regular project updates – keeping the client, client team and Implementation team updated and briefed on progress
Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
Conduct user readiness assessments and address any gaps prior; solution-oriented
Influence others across the business organization to complete required activities (Legal, Product Management, Risk, etc.)
Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
Follow all regulatory, policy and bank procedures
Partner closely with appropriate implementation team, Relationship Managers and TBA Training to assist with training the client
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels and client needs
Identify issues and risks, escalate as necessary. Participate in the problem resolution

Previous project management experience at a major financial institution, preferably with Treasury Management/Card/Trust/Government experience (5-10 years)
Banking Treasury Management Service and Implementation experience (5+ Years)
Workflow documentation experience, including detailed cross-functional flows
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Critical thinker
Creative problem solver
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with accessing and navigating multiple banking departments
Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments and risk management
Ability to travel as required (up to 30%)

The typical base pay range for this role is between $138k-$161k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
