Biotech Operations Administrator

Hybrid | New York, NY A growing biotechnology organization is seeking a Biotech Operations Administrator to support senior leadership and coordinate day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative, operations, or project coordination professional with 2-5 years of experience and an interest in the life sciences industry.
### Key Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and team logistics. Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and action trackers. Support project coordination, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Assist with vendor management, contract routing, invoice tracking, and documentation. Maintain organizational resources, records, and operational processes.
### Qualifications
2-5 years of administrative, operations, project coordination, or executive support experience. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word). Experience supporting leaders or collaborating across multiple teams. Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
### Preferred
Experience or interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations. Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or project tracking tools. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
