What you'll be doing
The People, Culture and Talent team helps shape the experiences that support our people, our culture and our workplace so we can help make our clients’ ambitions a reality. As Director, Inclusion - Data, Insights and Operations, you’ll lead the data, reporting, financial management and business operations activities that support the execution of CIBC’s enterprise Inclusion strategy. You’ll build and manage analytics, dashboards, scorecards and performance measures that help leaders understand progress, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. You’ll partner across Human Resources and business teams to translate workforce and portfolio data into clear, actionable insights and reporting. You’ll also oversee budget planning and financial management for the Inclusion portfolio, strengthen reporting routines and controls, and drive continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you’ll help create a more integrated, measurable and effective approach to advancing inclusion across the enterprise.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
- Lead analytics and reportin g - Develop, implement and manage Inclusion analytics, dashboards, scorecards and key performance indicators that measure progress against enterprise priorities and commitments.
- Generate actionable insights - Translate workforce, demographic and portfolio data into clear trends, risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen operational excellence - Establish and maintain reporting routines, planning mechanisms, controls and governance practices that support consistent execution, accountability and effective delivery across the Inclusion portfolio.
- Manage financial performance - Lead budget administration, forecasting, expense tracking, reconciliations and reporting for the Inclusion portfolio, ensuring strong financial discipline and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate across partners - Work closely with Human Resources, Legal, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and business leaders to support reporting requirements, submissions, planning activities and enterprise priorities.
- Lead and develop the team - Provide caring, accountable leadership that inspires strong performance, builds team capability and supports an inclusive, high-performing environment.
