We are currently looking for a Purchasing Anlst 1 to join our team in Toluca NISTEC .  Responsable de administrar, optimizar y dar soporte a los sistemas de Compras y Procurement (SAP Ariba, SRM, CAFE, GTOP-G2B y SCAPE), garantizando operaciones eficientes, seguras y alineadas al cumplimiento normativo. Lidera mejoras de procesos e integraciones para optimizar actividades de sourcing, gestión de contratos y facturación, colaborando con equipos multifuncionales, TI y stakeholders globales. Además, asegura la integridad de datos, desarrolla reportes y análisis para apoyar la optimización de costos y la toma de decisiones, fungiendo como experto funcional clave para la organización.

A Day in the Life:

- Drive the enhancement, optimization, and support of Purchasing and Procurement systems to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Analyze business requirements, implement process improvements, and develop innovative system solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and global stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, system integrations, and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance, manage testing and deployments, and ensure compliance, governance, and data integrity.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support cost reduction initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide user support, training, and subject matter expertise on procurement processes, sourcing, contract management, and invoicing activities.
- Leverage expertise in procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, SRM, CAFE, GTOP-G2B, and SCAPE, as well as analytical tools including Excel, Power BI, and M365.
- Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills in a fast-paced, global environment focused on continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

- ·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ·  1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Systems Administration, Business Applications, or a related area.
- ·  Experience or knowledge of procurement and ERP platforms, such as SAP, Ariba, or similar systems.
- ·  Understanding of system integrations, data management, and business process improvement methodologies.
- ·  Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- ·  Procurement, Supply Chain, SAP, Ariba, data analytics, or related certifications are a plus.
- ·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments.

Desired:

- Certifications in procurement, supply chain, or systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms) are a plus.
- Additional training in data analysis, reporting, or analytics tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, M365) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, system integration concepts, or IT-related coursework/certifications is a plus.
