The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Senior-level Warehouse Manager for the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract, supporting the Department of State. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance national security through advanced IT solutions. The GMOS contract aims to provide world-class IT support by modernizing and maintaining applications and infrastructure using an integrated IT Service Management approach. Join us to make a meaningful impact on a program of national importance.

Responsibilities:

- Upgrades and customizes the inventory system hosted on the DOS Intranet website as directed by the COR and/or GTM to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensures quality control in inventory processes and cooperates with scheduled and ad hoc inspections and inventory requests from the Government
- Ensures, confirms, and maintains records demonstrating that responsibility and accountability for equipment are properly transferred to receiving posts upon delivery
- Performs various courier and transportation services, including logistical support for domestic and overseas shipments, and transport to/from various DOS facilities within the National Capital Region
- Recommends appropriate shipping methods for non-foreign locations based on cost, post preference, and urgency of shipment requirements
- Prepares materials for shipping based on information from CST, providing CST with inventory copies for review prior to shipping, and ships received back-order hardware within ten business days of receipt
- Tracks delivery status of items sent out for repair to manufacturers and manages warranty fulfillment processes
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments, plans and leads major technical assignments, and functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others

Qualifications:
Required:

- Active Secret clearance
- BA/BS + 8 years’ experience; equivalencies considered
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and methodologies

Desired:

- Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of State

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$84,900 - $178,400
