The role
As a senior project architect, you’ll lead complex projects and the teams delivering them, from programming and existing-building assessments through construction and closeout. · Anticipate and resolve code, existing-condition, and constructability issues while protecting design intent.
· Direct and review drawings and specifications, lead project quality reviews, and contribute to QA/QC on other studio projects.
· Guide construction administration and mentor architects and designers, sharing practical knowledge and improving delivery practices.
What you bring
· 10–14 years of professional architectural experience and a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture.
· An architectural license in Indiana or your state of residence.
· Demonstrated success leading complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and client relationships.

· Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to direct and review documentation; SketchUp proficiency preferred.
· Experience mentoring staff and reviewing others’ work for quality and completeness.
· Experience with adaptive reuse, renovation, and/or historic preservation projects strongly preferred.
Salary within this range will reflect experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership.
