About this role
The Technical Project Manager III supports Regional Campus IT initiatives by leading and executing complex projects that significantly impact organizational and partner-site priorities. This role works with internal teams and external partner organizations and collaborates with clinical, operational, business, and technical stakeholders to support secure, effective, and high-quality technology solutions. Managing multiple high-priority initiatives, the manager coordinates cross-functional teams, drives strategic project outcomes, and partners with technical and application teams to assess risks, inform technology decisions, and support comprehensive project execution. They are actively involved in system architecture discussions, IT policy development, code reviews and technical feasibility assessments, ensuring comprehensive project execution.

- Scope and Complexity: Lead complex projects with budgets up to $500K, managing high-priority tasks and cross-functional teams for significant organizational impact.
- Strategic Decision Making and Planning: Exercise authority in planning, execution, and resource management, collaborating with leadership to translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans focused on achieving strategic outcomes.
- Analysis: Translate business processes into technical solutions, leading analysts in requirement gathering and traceability.
- Stakeholder Interaction and Communication: Engage with senior leadership and external partners to align objectives with organizational goals.
- Project Leadership: Direct project teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Quality and Risk Management: Implement quality assurance best practices and strategies for process optimization while expertly identifying, analyzing, and managing risks to ensure project success.
- Vendor Management: Lead vendor selection and implementation for medium to large projects.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor project teams, promoting professional growth and a culture of excellence.

Pay Transparency Statement
The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.
For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
