Position Summary
Swingtech Consulting is seeking a senior Executive Officer/ Federal Program Director to provide executive leadership and oversight for a large federal professional services program. The selected candidate will serve as the contractor’s senior representative to federal contracting officials and customer leadership and will be accountable for overall program performance, strategic direction, operational effectiveness, and delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the contractor’s senior interface with federal contracting officials, customer management, and agency representatives.
- Provide executive oversight of the full program, including personnel, operations, performance, quality, and risk.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align program objectives with the federal customer’s mission and goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to program managers, functional leads, and contractor personnel.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Identify program risks and oversee mitigation and corrective actions.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and effective quality management.
- Monitor program performance and provide executive-level briefings and recommendations.
- Ensure program activities comply with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager .
- Program management experience must include a demonstrated focus on:
- Risk management
- Innovation
- Quality management systems
- Master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
- Current Project Management Professional certification .
- Demonstrated ability to lead a complex program and communicate effectively with senior federal stakeholders.
