Position Summary

Swingtech Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a federal environment. The selected candidate will manage complex schedules, executive correspondence, meetings, travel, stakeholder communications, records, and special projects.

The position requires excellent organization, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage multiple executive-level priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and competing scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, conferences, events, and leadership engagements.
- Prepare, review, edit, and maintain executive correspondence, reports, briefings, and other official documents.
- Organize executive records and documents while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate executive projects, tasks, schedules, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal or external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, logistics, and follow-up documentation.
- Monitor project or administrative activities and prepare reports or recommendations as required.
- Exercise independent judgment, initiative, professionalism, and tact.
- Identify and implement improvements to executive administrative processes.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must satisfy the requirements for the specific Executive Assistant level proposed :

Executive Assistant II

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience.
- Experience performing specialized, non-routine executive support requiring independent judgment and initiative.
