Machine Operator
Work Site: Fredericktown, OH
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations. This role involves operating simple machines, handling materials, monitoring production processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload washers, shot blast machines, and other equipment.
- Monitor machine cycles and ensure proper operation.
- Transport parts and materials between production areas.
- Perform quality checks, packing, and other production tasks.
- Lift 20–25+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good practical and mechanical skills.
- Ability to lift 20–25+ pounds regularly.
- Comfortable with bending, twisting, standing, and repetitive work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
