Die-Cast Maintenance Associate
Work Site: Fredericktown, OH
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
Position Overview
We are seeking Die-Cast Maintenance Associates to support daily die-cast operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment improvements to maximize uptime, safety, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair die-cast machinery and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to planned and unplanned downtime.
- Support production by identifying and implementing equipment efficiency improvements.
- Rebuild dies, machine components, and related equipment as needed.
- Perform planned and unplanned crucible replacements.
- Assist with all other die-cast maintenance and production support activities as required.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with die-cast equipment, die maintenance, or industrial machinery is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
