Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist processes billing and invoicing for warehouse and direct ship orders, administers customer rebate programs, and supports a range of accounts receivable and accounting activities. This role works closely with Sales and Operations to ensure timely and accurate order processing while maintaining precise financial records in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities

- Process billing and invoicing for warehouse orders and direct shipments with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform manual billing activities for direct ship transactions, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Administer customer rebate programs, including entering contracts and maintaining them during annual renewal periods.
- Review contracts submitted by the sales team and accurately enter all relevant information into internal systems.
- Enter and process warehouse orders while maintaining data integrity and attention to detail.
- Support billing-related data entry, documentation, and record maintenance to ensure complete and accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Assist with additional accounting and accounts receivable functions as business needs evolve, including potential support with cash applications.
- Apply strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Use ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel to support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.

Essential Skills

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a related accounting function.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chanhassen, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
