Senior Associate, Lease Contract

JOB TITLE
Senior Associate, Lease Contract | MAF Properties | West Region

ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for providing timely active administrative support to the AMBU Leasing Team in the development and monitoring of Lease Proposals, Lease Agreement Documents, communication with clients / tenants etc., ensuring that all lease related documents complies with the agreed terms, conditions of the contract and commitment between the company and the client.

ROLE PROFILE

- Create and manage lease deal records in the Data Capture System based on leasing team inputs.
- Prepare and process lease agreements, amendments, and related legal documents in line with agreed lease terms.
- Review tenant acceptance of lease agreements to ensure clarity and mutual understanding of all terms and conditions.
- Collect and verify all required legal and compliance documents from tenants.
- Coordinate payment documentation and ensure receipt of signed agreements and payments from tenants.
- Handle all tenant correspondence and follow-up activities until lease agreements are fully executed.
- Liaise with internal departments (Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Retail Architecture) to manage lease-related documentation and transactions.
- Maintain accurate lease records, generate lease administration reports, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 1–2 years of experience in Lease Administration and documentation.
- Experience preparing and managing lease-related legal documents.
- Exposure to lease agreement processes and compliance requirements.
- Background in legal firms, retail, or real estate organizations preferred.
- Strong understanding of lease administration procedures and documentation standards.
