About the Role
As a Corporate Design Intern , you will support the design and development of internal spaces, including showrooms, office layouts, and display areas. You will work closely with the Sales Designer and Visual Merchandising teams in planning, executing, and improving functional and visually cohesive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Space Planning Assist in developing layouts for office spaces, showrooms, and display areas
- Support space planning for kitchen displays, bathroom layouts, and office reconfigurations
- Contribute to design concepts aligned with brand standards and aesthetics
- Technical and Project Support Prepare drawings, layouts, and visual materials using design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Assist in coordinating design requirements for construction and setup
- Support ongoing projects by tracking progress and updating design plans
- Showroom and Design Execution Ensure layouts are aligned with design intent and functional requirements
- Support improvements in existing showroom and office setups
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently taking a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and similar software
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)
- Experience in layout planning, drafting, or design projects (school or internship)
- Interest in showroom design, construction, office layouts, or space development
