The salary range for this specific role is up to €50,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
You will support the Funds Solutions Services team in:
· Providing administrative support to the team for the daily management of the Funds / SPVs
· Liaising with clients, advisors, notaries, banks, auditors and liquidators
· Liaising with other CSC group companies
· Providing customer services
· Managing payment process and bank operations
. Managing the payments team,
. Executing payments
. Maintaining tracker
; Coordinating with banks
· Managing documents, files, and internal databases
· Sending and receiving documents for the company and clients
· Filing Annual accounts with the RCS
· Assisting in various daily operations
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
· 2-3 years of experience in a similar role International firm / fiduciary / bank.
· A team player in international environment.
· Work independently and take ownership.
· Professional, friendly demeanor.
· Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
· Strong organizational skills.
