Electrical Wiring Technician
What You'll Do:
- Assembly and/or wiring of electrical components
- Utilize various hand and power tools to complete work tasks
- Measure, cut, and label material
- Package finished goods for shipment
- Share maintenance duties for the shop area such as taking inventory, cleaning, etc.
- Ensure Quality Management policies and procedures are upheld
- Read and interpret schematics, instructions, and diagrams
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of related experience
- Exposure to or experience with blueprints, electrical schematics, wire charts, or engineering drawings
- Trade School a plus but not required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- General knowledge of electrical products and/or control panels
- Knowledge of established Quality Management procedures
- Ability to read and use a tape measure, ruler, and level
- Physical ability to manipulate hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, meters, etc.)
- Ability to safely operate power tools as required (handheld drill, tabletop saw, band saw, grinder, etc.)
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to measurements
- Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks
- Attention to fine detail, ability to closely follow written documentation and directions, and the ability to work collaboratively with others to meet deadlines
Pay: $18+
Hours: Multiple Shifts Available - Must be able to work mandatory OT
