What You'll Be Doing

- Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Produce high-quality construction documents and technical details.
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, field clarifications, and drawing revisions.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for project teams.
- Mentor junior staff, designers, and interns.
- Participate in client meetings and help build long-term client relationships.
- Support construction administration efforts and problem-solving in the field.

What Makes You Successful

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project responsibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and
- Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems, and detailing.
- Experience coordinating consultants and managing project workflows.
- Ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred

- Architectural registration or actively pursuing licensure.
- Commercial project experience including office, industrial, retail, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
- Project management experience.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
