Do you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Crown Perth is seeking friendly, energetic and customer-focused Club Hosts to join our Gaming Machines team.

As a Club Host, you'll be the face of Crown Rewards, assisting guests with memberships, promotions, sales and general enquiries while delivering exceptional service across the casino floor. The role includes supporting Crown Rewards, recruiting new loyalty members, assisting with promotions, processing transactions and providing outstanding guest service.

- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with a diverse range of guests
- Cash handling and computer skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Employee Licence , a mandatory requirement for this role
