YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Tasks

- Process assigned organizational-management, position-management, and related data-maintenance requests accurately and within agreed service expectations.
- Review incoming requests for completeness, authorization, effective date, required organizational and position details, and supporting documentation before processing.
- Support the creation, update, movement, freeze, closure, and other approved maintenance of positions in accordance with defined procedures and role authority.
- Maintain supervisory organizations, organizational assignments, reporting relationships, manager roles, position attributes, and related structural data within assigned scope.
- Execute assigned organizational changes and worker or position movements through approved Workday business processes and connected-system procedures.
- Monitor and process assigned Workday SmartCases and other approved case types, documenting the transaction, validation performed, exceptions, and completion status.
- Perform applicable maintenance in GHP and P08 for activities within role scope, following approved procedures and system-of-record rules.
- Validate completed transactions in the relevant systems and confirm that organizational units, positions, relationships, dates, and required attributes are correctly reflected.
- Apply defined process controls, including maker-checker or four-eye validation where required, and retain appropriate evidence for auditability.
- Identify missing fields, data inconsistencies, duplicate records, integration issues, or unclear ownership and escalate exceptions through the appropriate support path.
- Consider known downstream impacts of organizational and position data on recruiting, reporting, identity and access, approvals, integrations, and other dependent HR services.
- Protect confidential employee and organizational data and comply with data privacy, access, security, and records-management requirements.

Secondary Tasks

- Assist with organizational-data audits, reconciliations, data-quality reviews, and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain accurate case notes, desktop procedures, job aids, knowledge articles, and transaction or control documentation.
- Participate in testing, release-readiness, hypercare, training, and knowledge-transfer activities related to organizational and position-management processes.
- Identify recurring errors, manual workarounds, duplicate maintenance, and process gaps and raise improvement or automation opportunities to senior team members.
- Support approved mass-maintenance activities using designated tools after required training and authorization.
- Collaborate with other delivery centers and specialist teams on cross-country or cross-system requests while following the agreed ownership and escalation model.

Guidance & Problem Solving

- Guidance Required: Full to moderate. Performs routine and clearly documented transactions under established procedures, with review or support for unfamiliar, cross-system, sensitive, or higher-impact changes.
- Level of Problem Solving: Low to moderate. Identifies missing or inconsistent information, apply documented checks, completes standard corrections within authority, and escalates complex organizational, integration, or policy exceptions.

Workday Knowledge & Experience

- Required: Foundational to working knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant Workday and connected-system areas, including:
- Workday supervisory organizations, organizational charts, reporting relationships, and Home Organization concepts
- Position Management, including position creation, restrictions, movement, freeze, closure, and status concepts within assigned authority
- Hire and recruiting dependencies related to position readiness and position data
- Change Job, manager changes, organizational assignment changes, and worker or position movements
- Business-process navigation, approvals, delegation awareness, effective dating, and process-history review
- Workday SmartCases and monitoring of organizational and position-data changes
- Basic awareness of GHP and P08 maintenance, relationships, reconciliations, and integration dependencies relevant to assigned work
- Basic understanding of data-quality controls, downstream impacts, privacy, security, and audit evidence.

WHO YOU ARE

- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Entry-level HR Operations, HRIS, master-data, or shared-services experience is preferred.
- System Competency: Foundational to working proficiency in Workday organizational and position-management processes, with the ability to learn assigned GHP, P08, case-management, and approved mass-maintenance tools.
- Core Competencies: Accuracy and attention to detail; process discipline; data-quality mindset; structured problem solving; case documentation; customer orientation; stakeholder communication; collaboration; learning agility; confidentiality; and awareness of end-to-end system and process dependencies.

Ways of Working
