About this role
We’re hiring a passionate, hungry to grow, IT Support Tech to be a helping hand to our Mr Price Group head office users.
Our Support team consist of various personalities that have one main thing in common- their passion for great customer service and their epic troubleshooting skills!
- A reliable personality that can not only support 300+ users comfortably but is also able to build great relationships
- IT Diploma OR Microsoft 365/A+/N+ Certifications
- Apple Certified Support would be an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to do rotational after-hours standby
Plus at least of 3 years’ experience in a corporate IT environment supporting the below:
- Supporting Microsoft Windows 11 and MAC OS environments
- Provisioning of end-user computing hardware
- Microsoft 365 product suite installations and support, including OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
- Experience supporting a variety of security and business apps, i.e. anti-virus software, DLP, device encryption software, etc
- Experience supporting IP telephony
- Experience supporting video conferencing and AV systems
- Basic understanding of networking protocols
