Play a pivotal role in shaping how Heathrow is organised to deliver its strategic ambitions today and in the future. As Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will lead the development of organisational structures, governance and workforce strategies that enable the business to perform at its best.
Working across the business, you will drive organisation design, organisation effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, establishment management and workforce governance, ensuring our people, capabilities and investments are aligned to business priorities. Using data, insight and external best practice, you will identify opportunities to simplify the organisation, strengthen decision-making and enhance organisational health.
You will also build and embed the frameworks, standards and governance that support effective organisation and workforce decisions, partnering closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners to ensure sustainable, well-governed outcomes that deliver long-term value for Heathrow.
- Strong background in organisation design, effectiveness, or transformation within complex environments.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into practical frameworks that drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver change.
- Skilled in using data and insight to inform decisions and evaluate impact.
- Clear communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Constructive and flexible approach to problem-solving and delivery.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience in large-scale transformation or cultural change programmes.
- Knowledge of contemporary approaches to leadership and team development.
- Professional qualification in CIPD, Organisation Design, Organisation Development, Change Management, Strategic Workforce Planning or a related discipline.
