Program Integrator 4

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Program Integrator 4 to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Assists PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs by monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
- Performs holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying that initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a bachelors degree with a business or technical focus, are required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience (eighteen (18) years total), may be substituted.
- In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience (twenty (20) years total) may be substituted.

- Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to communicate effectively at all levels, consistently exercising tact, discretion, and diplomacy and eliciting team synergy, are preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph; a CI polygraph within the last 5 years is required.
