Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Mobile Fleet Service Technician to provide convenient, high-quality maintenance services for fleet customers at their locations. The technician will travel in a company-provided vehicle to complete scheduled service calls, including some long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who works safely, communicates professionally, and can manage assignments with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to fleet customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle.
- Perform oil and filter changes and other minor preventive maintenance services.
- Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify items that may require additional attention.
- Follow work orders, service procedures, safety requirements, and customer site rules.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate job status clearly.
- Keep the service vehicle, tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Provide courteous, professional service to fleet customers.
- Manage travel schedules that may include long-distance driving and overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Automotive maintenance or related hands-on service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of oil and filter changes and minor vehicle maintenance.
- Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to drive extended distances and stay overnight when assignments require it.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.
- Ability to safely lift and handle the tools, parts, and equipment required for assigned services.

Schedule and Travel
