About this role

About Habit Burger & Grill

At Habit Burger & Grill, we are focused on delivering craveable food, genuine hospitality, and connected customer experiences that make it easier for guests to discover, order, join MyHabit, and come back more often. As digital ordering and loyalty become more central to guest engagement, we are building stronger discipline to identify the right opportunities, align priorities, and measure what moves guest behavior and business results.

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Digital Experience to bring a commercial, guest first, omni-channel mindset to Habit’s app, web, and kiosk experiences. This role will help identify and frame the opportunities most likely to improve conversion, average check, MyHabit customer growth, and repeat engagement.

The Digital Experience Associate Manager will partner closely with Technology, CRM/Lifecycle, Marketing, and Operations to ensure opportunities are clearly briefed, appropriately prioritized, operationally sound, thoughtfully launched, and measured against critical KPIs.

What You’ll Do

Own the business-side digital opportunity pipeline. Identify and frame high-impact opportunities across app, web, and kiosk, using guest insight, business priorities, funnel data, operational input, and commercial impact to clarify what matters most and why.

Lead digital merchandising and conversion optimization. Improve how menu items, bundles, add-ons, limited-time offers, MyHabit prompts, reorder moments, and checkout experiences show up across app, web, and kiosk to increase clarity, conversion, attachment, and average check.

Translate opportunities into clear briefs and launch plans. Partner with Technology and Operations to define the business problem, guest need, expected impact, success metrics, dependencies, restaurant considerations, and launch readiness while Technology leads feasibility, build planning, implementation, and release management.

Measure, learn, and improve. Establish a rhythm for post-launch readouts, test learnings, and experience recommendations so Habit can connect digital changes to guest behavior, sales impact, MyHabit growth, and repeat engagement.

What You’ll Bring

▪ 5-8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product, digital marketing, digital experience, app/web optimization, or a related role.
▪ Experience working with app, web, digital ordering, loyalty enrollment, or high frequency digital transaction platforms.
▪ Ability to translate business goals, guest insights, and performance signals into clear opportunity briefs, prioritization recommendations, launch considerations, and success metrics.
▪ Comfort using funnel data, behavioral analytics, usability insights, guest feedback, and performance reporting to identify opportunities and measure results.
▪ Experience partnering with Technology, Product, Analytics, Marketing, CRM/Lifecycle, Operations, and external platform or agency partners to connect digital opportunities to real guest experiences.
▪ Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex digital topics for cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
▪ A test-and-learn mindset, with comfort balancing guest experience, revenue impact, technical feasibility, and restaurant execution.

What Success Looks Like
▪ Guests can more easily discover, order, join MyHabit, add to their check, and return through Habit’s digital platforms.
▪ Digital experience opportunities are better prioritized through clear business cases, guest insight, commercial impact, and cross-functional alignment.
▪ Launches are measured consistently, with learnings that improve conversion, average check, MyHabit growth, reorder behavior, and repeat engagement over time.

Who You Are
You are equal parts product thinker, guest advocate, and business operator. You can zoom into the details of a user flow, zoom out to connect the work to business outcomes, and bring Technology, Operations, and Marketing partners along with clarity and momentum. You are curious, analytical, collaborative, and energized by building connected experiences that make it easier for guests to discover Habit, order confidently, pick up smoothly, join
MyHabit, and come back more often.
