Power Generation Manager-Data Center (on-site in TN, IL, MI, WI, NM, or TX)

Oracle is seeking an experienced Power Generation Manager – The Power Generation Manager leads the strategy, reliability, maintenance, and operational readiness of backup power generation systems supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role is the organization’s reciprocating-engine and generator subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring resilient, safe, and compliant operation of emergency power systems across the fleet.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
8 years of experience in operating data center critical infrastructure, critical facility operations, or related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field AND 4 years of experience in operating data center critical infrastructure, critical facility operations, or related field.

Job Skills:
Same as prior level

Preferred Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
8 years of experience in operating data center critical infrastructure, critical facility operations, or related field

OR

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field AND 4 years of experience in operating data center critical infrastructure, critical facility operations, or related field.
People Leadership / Management Experience:
1 year of experience in a project management or leadership role with or without direct reports.

Budget Experience:
1 year of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
Co-location vendor management:
3 years of experience working with operation and maintenance of building systems, uninterruptible power supply generators, cooling, building automation, and fire and life safety systems.
Certification:
Journeyman/master electrician certification, refrigeration license, or relevant building or construction certification.
