Role

As a Line incharge -Aluminium phase you will be a part of Machine shop team.You role to ensure timely delivery of defect free new and existing products as per next customer demand with optimal resource utilization.

To ensure timely delivery of defect free new and existing products as per next customer demand with optimal resource utilization.

A Day in the life

- Assist in making section policy, annual budget & monthly review as per set targets for quality, cost, delivery and productivity

- Achieve shift wise defect free production to fulfil next customer demand

- Learn & support development of new process for timely delivery of new model.

- Implementation of TPM, 5S & TEI activities to improve the employee engagement & efficiency.

- Make, adhere & improve management system to sustain & improve the current level of dept

- To ensure cost targets to be meet with assigned cost to aligned with overall deptt cost target.

- To ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly shop floor with in his shift

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical

3 year in machine shop shift management.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Knowledge of Al parts of Bike/ Scooters and Machining tolerances , Machining parameter and drawings.

- PLC Knowledge of Fanuc India, Siemens, Mitshubishi, Pari, Widia

- Knowledge of robotics & Automation, Industrial Hydraulics & Pneumatics

- Adherence and Monitoring of production plan & defect free parts supply to next customer in shift wise.

Behavioural Skills

- Safety tagging on equipment’s thru safety audit & its corrective action.

- To adhere zero Incidents in respective shift.

- Problem analysis & solving

- Good Interpersonal skill & IR Management.

- Should be Creative and result oriented.
