We are looking for a professional, service-oriented Yacht Steward / Stewardess to join our team and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience on board our luxury yachts.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests on board and provide warm, professional, and personalized hospitality.
- Prepare the yacht before each trip, ensuring all interior areas are clean, organized, and presented to the highest luxury standards.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail.
- Assist with guest requests and provide attentive service throughout the charter.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins, lounges, dining areas, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
- Coordinate with the captain, chef, and other crew members to ensure smooth yacht operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Assist with table setting, dining arrangements, and onboard service preparations.
- Monitor onboard supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and guest amenities.
- Follow all yacht safety, hygiene, and company service procedures.
- Handle guest belongings and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent Beno's standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a yacht steward/stewardess, hotel hospitality professional, or in luxury food and beverage service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to guests' needs promptly.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A valid UAE residence visa and relevant maritime or safety certifications are an advantage, subject to role requirements.
