Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills for patient and internal team interaction
Knowledge of preparing and handling prescriptions with attention to accuracy and detail
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or pharmacy-related training is a plus
Experience in pharmacy operations, including inventory management and maintaining documentation
• Basic understanding of healthcare protocols and safety standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in phoenix system is a plus
