As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.

What You’ll Do

Our two-year Brewing Apprenticeship programme is designed to develop the brewing technicians and engineers of the future. Brewers play a hugely important role at Molson Coors, solving challenges that arise from some of the most advanced brewing processes in the industry.

You’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from our in-house specialists and rotate around departments in the brewery, giving you broad exposure and varied learning. You’ll also be assigned a mentor who will offer support and guidance throughout your apprenticeship.

Alongside your on-the-job training, you’ll work towards a nationally recognised Level 4 Brewing Apprenticeship qualification with HIT Training.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will:

- Develop knowledge and skills around health, safety and the environment.
- Learn the theory and practical application of manufacturing processes, including product quality.
- Understand and apply food safety principles.
- Develop broader skills including teamwork, problem solving and project management.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re enthusiastic about learning, developing your skills and building a career in brewing. You don’t need prior experience, just genuine interest in the industry. You should:

- Be 18 by the first week of September 2027.
- Be able to work full time at our Burton Brewery.
- This apprenticeship/opportunity is designed for individuals at the start of their career who have limited work experience or ideal for applications at the start of their career journey

Don’t tick every box? Apply anyway. We hire for potential.

The Hiring Process

- Apply online with your CV.
- Complete an online Arctic Shores task-based assessment.
- Take a short video interview, answering a couple of questions that we’ll share with you in advance.
