CRM Architect
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration readiness.- Define technical and functional architecture for new and existing implementations.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.- Guide the implementation of standard and custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps.- Oversee the use of Dynamics 365 customization tools, including JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Platform tools.- Design integrations with other business systems (ERP, marketing, third-party platforms) using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools.- Define data migration, synchronization, and master data strategies.- Establish development standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks.- Promote consistency, code reusability, and security compliance across all CRM projects.- Serve as a technical mentor for Dynamics developers and consultants.- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills:- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.- 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including configuration capabilities and features.- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.- Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. Preferred Skills:- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. Physical Requirements & Work Environment:- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
