Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Functional Lead
Required Skills and
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications, manufacturing systems, or supply chain implementations, with strong Oracle Manufacturing functional expertise.- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing implementation, configuration, and support.- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including production planning, work order management, work definitions, resource management, and production execution.- Experience with discrete manufacturing and shop-floor operations.- Strong knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management and integrations with related supply chain modules.- Experience conducting requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional configuration.- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.- Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications:- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM).- Knowledge of Oracle Cost Management, Product Information Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning.- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and manufacturing-related integrations.- Experience with data migration, FBDI, HDL where applicable, and functional data validation.- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, release management, and regression testing.- Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or SCM certifications are an advantage.
