Process Lead, Product & Technology Delivery

We are Lennar

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders, dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for their Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by building quality homes and providing exceptional customer service, giving back to the communities in which we work and live in, and fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our Associates throughout their career. Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.

A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

Lennar is looking for a Process Lead to bring clarity, consistency, and scale to how our technology teams plan, build, and deliver. You will lead cross-team efforts to map current processes across the software and product development lifecycles, find opportunities to make them more efficient, and design solutions that scale across the organization.

You won't own the standards. Our teams do. You will own how those standards are gathered, aligned, documented, and measured. You'll work as a trusted partner and facilitator, using influence rather than authority to help teams agree on how work gets done, then track adoption and share insights that keep improving the process.

What You'll Do

- Lead cross-functional discovery to map current-state processes across all phases of the SDLC/PDLC, from intake and planning through build, test, release, and support.

- Identify gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, and design future-state processes that improve efficiency and scale across teams.

- Partner with engineering, product, QA, design, architecture, security, and operations leaders to gather, reconcile, and formalize standards and best practices.

- Create and maintain clear, accessible process documentation, including process maps, playbooks, RACI models, templates, and guides, in a central source of truth.

- Define and report on metrics that measure process adherence, maturity, and delivery efficiency, and turn the data into actionable insights for leadership.

- Plan and run rollout of new or updated processes, including communication, training, and change management, so teams actually adopt them.

- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and governance forums that drive alignment and decisions across teams.

- Build a continuous-improvement feedback loop: gather input from teams, review how processes are performing, and refine them over time.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on delivery practices, process maturity, and operational risk.

What You Bring

- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, process design and documentation, program or project management, delivery management, or a related field.

- Proven experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes in a software or technology delivery environment.

- Strong working knowledge of SDLC/PDLC practices and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe a plus).

- Proven ability to lead through influence by building alignment across teams and leaders where you have no direct authority.

- Experience gathering, organizing, and governing standards across multiple teams or business units.

- Skill in process mapping methods such as value stream mapping, swimlanes, SIPOC, and BPMN.

- Experience defining KPIs and building reports or dashboards that track adherence and performance.

- Excellent facilitation, written communication, and executive communication skills, including the ability to make complex processes simple.

Nice to Have

- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMP, SAFe, CSM, or a process certification such as CBPP

- Change management training (e.g., Prosci)

- Experience standing up a Delivery Excellence, PMO, or Engineering Operations function

- Experience in a large, multi-team enterprise environment
- Experience with tools like GitHub, Claude, and Lucid, or comparable technologies.

What Success Looks Like

- First 90 days: You've built relationships across delivery teams, mapped key current-state processes, and agreed on a prioritized improvement roadmap.

- First 6 months: Documented standards and processes live in a central, trusted location, with baseline adherence and efficiency metrics in place.

- First year: Teams are measurably more consistent and efficient, adoption is visible in the reporting, and the process is seen as something that helps teams rather than slows them down.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
