About this role
In this role, you will directly contribute to the corporate strategy to increase efficiency and productivity of our sales team in two distinct ways. Facilitate new hire training solutions. Partnering with Sales Leadership Team and other Business Units as required to evolve the effectiveness of the onboarding, development and continuous enablement of our sales and sales support teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales training, with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• 1-2 years experience professional facilitation.
• 1-2 years experience in a sales role or organization Professional office work environment.
• Ability to read learning participants and adapt to meet needs.
• Ability to partner with field leadership when presented with potential performance gaps within programs.
• Ability to recommend development and coaching strategies.
• Experience with learning related software (screen capture, recording, elearning authoring tools,etc.) an asset.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of professionalism in the workplace.
