About this role

About Luxehouze
Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.

We are looking for a In-House Fashion Service Specialist, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

What Will Be Challenging
Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.

- Expectations are high and visible
- Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving
- Priorities can change as the business scales
- Feedback is direct and frequent
- Performance is measured by results, not intentions
- If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

A. Fashion Repair & Restoration

- Perform minor to moderate repairs on luxury fashion products, including bags, shoes, accessories and clothing.
- Handle basic leather treatment, stitching, minor hardware adjustments, cleaning, and cosmetic touch-ups.
- Conduct minor garment alterations and repairs where applicable.
- Restore product appearance and functionality without compromising its original design,

materials, or brand integrity.
- Identify repairs requiring specialized treatment and recommend outsourcing when

necessary.

B. Quality Control & Product Handling

- Assess product defects and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Coordinate with the QC and Warehouse teams regarding repair requirements and

priorities.
- Ensure all repair activities comply with internal quality and product handling standards.
- Conduct final inspections before releasing repaired items back to inventory.
- Maintain proper handling of high-value luxury products throughout the repair process.

C. Repair Monitoring & Reporting

- Maintain repair records, including defect findings, actions taken, materials used, and completion status.
- Monitor repair turnaround time and ensure timely completion.
- Provide repair feasibility assessments and estimated completion timelines.
- Report recurring defects and recommend preventive improvements.

Requirement & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

- Minimum SMA/SMK or Diploma, preferably in Fashion, Leather Craftsmanship, Garment Production, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fashion repair, leather goods restoration, shoe repair, garment alteration, or similar roles.
- Experience handling premium or luxury branded fashion products is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of leather, suede, canvas, fabric, and other premium fashion materials.
- Basic sewing, stitching, leather treatment, and minor restoration skills.
- Ability to handle minor repairs on bags, shoes, accessories, and clothing.
- Familiarity with appropriate repair tools, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Good understanding of luxury product quality and handling standards.

Personal Competencies

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Careful and responsible when handling high-value products.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with QC and Warehouse teams.
