About this role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper maintenance of solar plants by adhering to the
assigned maintenance schedule.
• Diagnose assigned service requests to identify root causes and
provide effective long-term resolutions through troubleshooting, fault finding,
and root cause analysis.
• Brief customers on the operation of the solar plant and basic
maintenance practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Submit daily status reports to the reporting manager on all
assigned tasks and site activities.
• Adhere strictly to company SOPs, including the completion of all
required documentation at various stages of project execution.
• Conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities for both
rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with pre-defined quality parameters during
post-installation inspections and audits.
• Carry out physical audits of completed residential solar plants to
verify installation quality and performance standards.
• Visit assigned sites regularly to identify and rectify faults,
ensuring optimum plant performance and customer satisfaction.
• Possess basic knowledge and experience in C&I (Commercial
& Industrial) projects .
Requirements
• Diploma/B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/
Mechanical).
• 3-5 years’ experience in execution / O&M of solar plants.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
• Preferable to own a two-wheeler for ease of transport.
• Willingness to learn.
• Passion for delivering high-quality results and taking complete
accountability for assignments.
