Job Purpose:
The Executive Operations Exhibition is responsible for managing and coordinating all operational aspects of exhibitions within the Logistics cluster. This role ensures efficient handling of financial transactions, compliance with customs regulations, and effective communication with government departments and clients to support successful exhibition logistics.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Language Skills:
- English (Must), Arabic as well is preferable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on exhibition operations.
- Proven track record in managing financial transactions and customs processes.
- Experience in liaising with government departments and handling special permissions.
