Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure uninterrupted product supply and achievement of production targets.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and cost-efficiency programs.
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, workforce, and daily manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, oversee KPI performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions when needed.
- Supervise maintenance activities and support the introduction of new technologies, processes, and products.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop, and motivate production teams through clear goal setting, coaching, performance management, and training.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and integrated management system requirements.
- Monitor the effective use of materials, energy, equipment, and labor resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations

Requirements

- Proven experience in a Plant Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of HSE, fire protection, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive change, improve processes, and achieve operational targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
