Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines
execution discipline with intellectual curiosity. You are likely to succeed in this role if
you:

• Have 1–4 years of professional experience in program management,
consulting, operations, development sector organizations, startups,
foundations, government programs, incubation, education or related environments.

• Are
highly organized and enjoy bringing structure to complex programs.

• Are
comfortable managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders and moving parts
simultaneously.

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Can
interact confidently and professionally with senior institutional stakeholders.

• Are
comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, trackers, budgets and
program data.

• Have strong attention to detail without losing sight of program
objectives.

• Are
willing to travel across India for program implementation and stakeholder
engagements.

• Demonstrate ownership — when something needs to get done, you
proactively drive it rather than wait for instructions.

• Are
comfortable operating in an environment where programs and systems are still
being built.

Prior experience working with government
institutions, entrepreneurship programs, incubators, universities, consulting
engagements or large-scale training programs will be valuable, but is not
mandatory.
