Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with Cognizant's end clients, designing, developing, and deploying production-ready software solutions.
The role involves hands-on engineering, backend development, cloud technologies, system integrations, and collaborating with clients to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages , along with SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and distributed systems .
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP .
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Experience developing and deploying production applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical solutions from development through deployment.
