The Fort is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our Lincoln team!

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales floor employees
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Help drive sales and achieve store goals
- Oversee merchandise presentation, displays, and inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store
- Support employee training and development
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing
- Help maintain a safe, secure shopping environment
- Take ownership of projects and follow through to completion
What We're Looking For
- A dependable leader who sets a positive example
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone who takes initiative and follows through
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GED
Retail management experience is a plus, but we also value strong leadership skills, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Experience with western wear, workwear, or retail merchandising is helpful but not required.
