Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Fort. The ideal candidate will have a love for Western fashion, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Provide product knowledge and style recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.

- Assist customers with trying on merchandise and ensure a proper fit.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Stay informed about product features, trends, and promotions to effectively promote and sell merchandise.

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.

- Participate in store events, promotions, and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security measures and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous retail experience preferred, especially in a Western or lifestyle apparel store.

- Passion for Western fashion and knowledge of Western lifestyle products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions.
