Agency Culture & Communities strengthens the culture, connections, and communities that help agents and advisors thrive while supporting New York Life's goal of being the home of the best financial advisors. Through affinity groups, networks, and community experiences, the function creates opportunities for agents and advisors to build relationships, learn from one another, and connect through shared interests and experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Agency Communities, this role will help deliver national and field-facing programs while enabling General Offices to activate community initiatives locally. Regular travel to General Offices and other field locations is required.

What You’ll Do
• Translate Agency Communities priorities into practical implementation plans, resources, and field activation support.
• Manage assigned community programs, affinity-group initiatives, and field experiences from planning through evaluation.
• Build relationships with community leaders, General Office partners, and Home Office stakeholders to support successful delivery.
• Develop playbooks, toolkits, templates, and other resources that enable consistent local activation.
• Coordinate program logistics, communications, stakeholder needs, and on-site support as required.
• Support the intake and tracking of programming requests, resources, and available funding.
• Gather field feedback, monitor participation and engagement, and identify opportunities to improve programs and experiences.
• Maintain accurate program data and contribute to portfolio reporting and measurement.
• Manage multiple priorities independently, resolve execution issues, and escalate decisions when appropriate.
• Represent Agency Culture & Communities professionally with field and Home Office partners.

What You’ll Bring
• Experience in program management, field engagement, community programming, events, culture, or a related function within a large or distributed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholders, logistics, and follow-through.
• Strong project-management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a distributed organization.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate priorities into clear plans and resources.
• Experience using feedback and data to evaluate results and improve programs.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
• Experience with affinity groups, professional communities, field networks, or employee engagement programs preferred.
• Knowledge of the General Office environment or experience in financial services or a distributed sales organization preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to General Offices and other field locations.
