We are a leading global software company dedicated to the world of computer aided design, 3D modeling and simulation— helping innovative global manufacturers design better products, faster! With the resources of a large company, and the energy of a software start-up, we have fun together while creating a world class software portfolio. Our culture encourages creativity, welcomes fresh thinking, and focuses on growth, so our people, our business, and our customers can achieve their full potential.
Position Overview: As part of the Country Sales Organization, you will manage software subscription renewals through assigned channel partners in Korea, driving timely closure, customer retention, and renewal-linked growth. You will enable partners to lead customer engagement while providing support for strategic opportunities and escalations. • Experienced B2B software sales professional with strong commercial judgment and the ability to influence channel partners and resolve complex renewal risks. • Strong pipeline and forecast management skills, with the ability to manage multiple renewal opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records. • Korean and English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities: • Own the indirect renewal pipeline and deliver against renewal sales targets for assigned channel partners, driving retention, timely closure, and accurate forecasts. • Develop annual renewal plans and lead regular partner reviews, looking ahead at least 3–4 months and managing complex or strategic renewals with clear timelines, actions, and ownership. • Coach partners on renewal value, customer engagement, objection handling, and product transitions. Keep partners as the primary customer contact, joining selected strategic, high-risk, or escalated discussions in coordination with the partner and internal account team. • Resolve renewal risks involving pricing, commercial terms, competition, budget, usage, and deployment issues. Guide pricing and uplift, prevent cancel-and-replace practices, and protect renewal continuity. • Drive renewal-linked growth through additional seats, expansion within the existing portfolio, multi-year agreements, uplift, and SaaS migration. Qualify and hand off broader cross-sell, new-product, and new-business opportunities to the responsible Partner Management Executive (PME). • Maintain current CRM records and partner-level pipeline visibility, providing weekly and monthly forecasts and reporting on closures, churn, uplift, late renewals, and material risks. • Coordinate timely quotations, approvals, order execution, export-control and compliance requirements, and payment-related issues with internal teams. Improve scalable renewal processes and share best practices with partners and colleagues.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: • Relevant university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in B2B software renewal, subscription, account management, or channel sales, including working with channel partners and managing renewal pipelines through CRM. • Advanced knowledge of renewal sales practices, partner-led sales, indirect renewal management, conflict management, and complex objection handling. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, commercial acumen, analytical problem-solving, forecast management, customer-centricity, and risk-management capability. • Working knowledge of CRM and sales systems (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, sales methodologies such as Value Selling or Challenger, and subscription software go-to-market models. • Working knowledge of business compliance, ethical conduct, software-industry business models, continuous improvement, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications: • SaaS or subscription renewal sales experience. • Experience coordinating complex quotations, commercial approvals, license deployment, rehosting, installation, version, or support issues that could affect renewal closure. • Demonstrated success improving partner-led renewal processes and driving retention and growth outcomes.
Additional Information: • This position is part of the Country Sales Organization, supporting the channel business in Korea. • The role requires close collaboration with channel partners, the Channel Business Team, and internal stakeholders, including Finance and Operations. • Travel to partner and selected customer sites may be required.
