About this role
Aas an IT Product Owner, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the technology products that support Heathrow’s Expansion Programme. You’ll guide the strategic direction, governance, and delivery of digital products that enable one of the world’s busiest airports to operate efficiently and sustainably. This role plays a critical part in Heathrow’s digital transformation agenda, ensuring that technology investment delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Experience managing enterprise technology products across their full lifecycle, including transition and live operation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and across diverse teams.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology assurance principles.
- Experience working in complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments.
- Ability to define and track product outcomes, KPIs, and measurable benefits.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience with Agile delivery methods, ideally within a SAFe environment.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.
- Experience in aviation, infrastructure, or large-scale operational environments.
