Hours: 7pm to 7am
Pay: $20-$25
Job Summary
Growing Bethlehem company needs a machine operator to run production machines to ensue high quality and limited downtime in the production process while ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met or exceeded.
Qualifications of a Machine Operator:
2+ year experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work together with a team for common goals Basic English; verbal and written Open to overtime as needed to meet production deadlines Desire to learn and advance in your career
Duties for a Machine Operator Include:
Prepare machine to run product while minimizing waste Working as a team to meet goals of quantity and quality product Follow all safe handling guidelines Excellent communication; verbal and written Assist in all phases of machine and department operations Minimize downtime during changeovers Follow all safety protocols
