We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the reins of a high-profile, business-critical technology programme. This is your chance to step into a role with real visibility, where your leadership, commercial awareness, and ability to drive delivery will directly influence the success of a major strategic initiative.
Joining at a pivotal stage of the programme, you'll be at the heart of decision-making, working alongside senior leaders, technical experts, customers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes in a secure and fast-moving environment.

Hybrid role based 2 days on site in Salisbury, 3 days from home.

You do need to be eligible for SC and DV Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Taking ownership of the successful delivery of complex and high-impact projects.
- Establishing and maintaining effective project governance, controls, and reporting.
- Leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges before they become blockers.
- Providing clear, accurate, and insightful project updates to senior leadership.

Essential Skills:

- Proven experience delivering complex projects and programmes in a Project Management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at every level.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and delivery management capabilities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to lead in challenging environments.
- A track record of managing project controls, risks, budgets, and dependencies effectively.

Desirable Skills:

- PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Agile.
- Membership of a recognised professional project management body.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Employment Type: Permanent
Location: 2 days in Salisbury, 3 days from home.
Security Clearance Level: Eligible for SC and DV Clearance.
