Worthington Samuel Coil Processing (WSCP), a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is hiring Machine Operators to join our production team.
No steel experience required. We provide on-the-job training. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a proven history of reliability.

Work-Life Balance
- Permanent night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Work only 16 days per month
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
- No last-minute schedule changes
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, and stage material
- Package finished products for shipment
- Perform machine setups and basic adjustments
- Inspect material and identify quality concerns
- Maintain a safe, efficient work environment
What We're Looking For

- Basic math and computer skills
- Commitment to quality and teamwork
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Successful operators have come from culinary/food production, automotive service, military service, retail leadership, and other fast-paced environments where reliability, attention to detail, and personal accountability are essential!
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and be physically active for up to 12 hrs., perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
