Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpenters for projects located in or around Phoenix, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $24-$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Complete punch-list work and correct finish carpentry deficiencies

- Install and repair doors, frames, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and hardware

- Build, install, align, and brace concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, and slabs

- Strip concrete forms and assist with formwork operations as needed

- Review shop drawings and verify field dimensions

- Lay out and install metal stud framing and related components

- Cut, fit, drill, assemble, and secure framing materials

- Install anchors, fasteners, doors, hardware, and associated components

- Ensure proper plumb, level, alignment, and fit of installed materials

- Coordinate with other trades to ensure accurate and efficient installations

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience

- Experience in one or more of the following: finish carpentry, punch-list work, concrete form carpentry, or metal stud framing

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

- Ability to read plans, shop drawings, and take accurate measurements

- Must have tools of the trade

- Must provide and wear proper PPE

- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
