HVAC Service Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in or around Alexandria, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair boilers

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair heating systems

- Service, troubleshoot, and maintain air handlers

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair water tanks

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair sheet metal components

- Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs related to HVAC systems

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair fire dampers

- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot louvers and ventilation components

- Work throughout multiple buildings within a large institutional setting

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Previous HVAC service and troubleshooting experience

- Experience servicing boilers, heaters, air handlers, and water tanks

- Knowledge of sheet metal components, fire dampers, and louvers

- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge related to HVAC systems

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and facility staff

- Must be able to pass a background check

- Must be drug-free and able to comply with site requirements

- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
