Production Associate Primary Responsibilities include:
Your main responsibility is the efficient execution of routine production tasks and quality inspections, ensuring all finished products meet company standards. Production & Light Packaging: Assemble, package, and prep light product components according to established standard operating procedures. Quality Checks: Perform visual quality inspections on parts and products to catch minor defects before final packaging. Instruction Following: Listen attentively to supervisor directions and strictly follow written work orders and plant guidelines. Work Area Maintenance: Keep assigned work stations clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
Production Associate Requirements include: Work History Stability: Must show a record of job reliability, averaging at least 8 months or more per position on your resume . Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, twist, and maneuver continuously for up to 8 hours per day (light lifting required). Work Ethic & Values: Looking for honest, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals with a positive attitude. Instruction & Detail: Strong ability to pay attention to detail and accurately follow verbal and written instructions. Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation.
